Throughout September and October, we successfully completed a critical phase of piling activity, establishing a solid foundation for the upcoming bulk excavation of the basement.
More recently, we achieved a key milestone with the casting of the final barrette pile. These barrette piles have been placed deep underground to support the weight of the building structure, a vital component to ensuring stability as the building takes shape above ground.
With the piling phase now completed, the team is moving onto the cropping process, where the piles are trimmed to the precise height required for the next stages of construction.
This month also marked the commencement of the crane foundation work, a major step in preparing for the installation of the tower crane, set to take place early in the New Year. This marks an exciting transition as we gear up for vertical construction.
