We are excited to share the latest construction progress at Lumiere, where activity onsite continues to move forward.

This month, waterproofing and reinforcement have been completed for the first section of Basement 2, paving the way for the upcoming concrete pour. The lift core has also been fully excavated with the blinding slab now in place, establishing one of the key structural foundations for the development. In addition, preparation has begun for the Ground Floor columns, an especially exciting milestone as Lumiere starts its journey upward from the basement levels.
