We're pleased to share the latest construction update from Lumiere, with the project now transitioning from basement and ground works into the vertical construction phase of the tower.

The ground floor slab has now been completed, marking a key transition point for the project. Precast concrete panels have been installed, and construction of the vertical columns is progressing through the current sequence as the building begins to rise above ground level.

Following completion of the ground floor slab, the jump form system has been installed together with its associated concrete pumping infrastructure, which comprises the specialised equipment that will support the pouring of the building’s core as it climbs floor by floor. The Level 3 core pour has now taken place, with the jump form system set to become fully operational once the Level 1 slab pours are complete, enabling efficient and safe pouring access for all upper levels of the tower.
