Site Establishment
This includes site preparation activities such as site clearing, the installation of fencing and setting up of on-site amenities and utilities. -
Dec 2025
Ground Retention & Earthworks
This phase involves piling, anchoring and bulk excavation. -
Underway
Substructure
This phase involves the construction and installation of the concrete footings, inground services, and the ground slab. This provides the base for the structure. -
Main Structure
This involves the construction of the main framework of the building, such as columns, beams, floors and walls. It often involves the installation of the primary structural system like lift shafts and stairwells. At this point, the building’s shape and outline start to take form. -
Facade & Building Services
This includes all works crucial to enclosing the raw structure, and preparing it to become a liveable space. External glazing, facade elements and treatments, and all building services are installed, e.g. plumbing, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning and fire safety systems. -
Q1 2028
Interior Fitouts & Completion
Now that the building is enclosed, the final phase includes finishing the ceilings and walls, installing joinery, flooring finishes and painting. Once finished, the building is complete and ready to move in!
