Construction is well underway

Construction is well underway.

We are happy to report that a significant phase of the piling activities has been successfully completed. Currently underway is the construction of the barrette piles, with the first excavation taking place at the start of the month. These barrette piles are placed deep underground to support the weight of the building structure, a key component to ensuring stability as the building takes shape above ground.

In addition, our on-site team have begun the installation of the structural steel plunge columns, which are essential for facilitating bulk excavation of the basement.
