Edge Construction, appointed builder for Lumiere.

Construction is underway!

We’re also pleased to advise that as part of our long-term strategy, we have expanded our capabilities to provide an end-to-end project delivery solution through the establishment of Edge Construction, comprising a team of highly skilled professionals with a wealth of experience across the Tier 1 industry.

Edge Construction has been appointed as the builder for Lumiere South Perth, and in preparation of gaining the building permit approval from the City of South Perth, the Edge Construction team have successfully secured the required subcontractors to enable us to commence construction! This significant milestone marks the beginning of an exciting journey we’ve all been waiting for.

We are extremely proud to deliver on the vision that is Lumiere.  Our in-house construction capabilities will ensure a more streamlined and efficient delivery of Lumiere and our dedicated Edge Construction team are fully engaged in site preparations.

The next 12 months will consist of extensive in-ground earthworks allowing for Lumiere’s concrete structure to take shape and become visible from the South Perth Foreshore in 2025.
