We are proud to share the latest update from Lumiere, where construction continues to move forward with great momentum on-site.

The lift core has now reached Level 1, clearly visible from Mill Point Road. It is exciting to see the building start to rise above ground, giving a real sense of the form and scale to come.

Below ground, works are progressing smoothly across the basement. The third quadrant is complete with the fourth due to be poured later this month, marking another key step forward in the construction journey.
